Pain is a multi-dimensional and complex sensation. Research has shown that stress and pain are closely linked. Mind- body skills offer the opportunity to learn skills that will interrupt the cycle of stress and pain.


Skills taught are meditation, imagery, biofeedback, autogenic training and breath work with a focus on the physiology of pain.  This is an educational model based on a protocol developed by The Center for Mind-Body Medicine.


Each group series is four - 90 minute sessions. The series is $200 due before the first session.
